Privacy notice

This notice explains how Neuron Waypoint Co., Ltd. handles personal information when you write to the room, book a sitting, or browse neuronwaypoint.click. It is written for students and correspondents, including people outside Korea whose messages are received here.

Data controller

The controller is Neuron Waypoint Co., Ltd., 42 Gyeryong-ro, Gongju-si, Chungcheongnam-do, 32588. Email info@neuronwaypoint.click. Telephone 041-856-3470. The representative, Han Seoyeon, is the person responsible for requests about your information.

What we collect

Enquiries include your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, a preferred date, an optional count of journal sessions, and the message you write. If you telephone, we keep a note of the number you called from and the date we discussed. If you attend, we see the journal pages and charts you choose to bring. We ask you not to send account numbers, resident registration numbers, or copies of identity documents. If they arrive unasked, we delete them.

The site itself is static. It does not create a student account. Server logs of the host may include an IP address and the page requested, kept by the host for security and then discarded on the host’s ordinary cycle.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to answer you, to quote a sitting, to hold a date, and to know which journal stretch was agreed. We use journal pages during the sitting for the review you booked, and only for that review. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it to build an advertising audience.

Retention

Email enquiries and booking notes are kept for twenty-four months after the last sitting or, if you never attend, after the last message, then deleted. A journal you bring is handed back at the end of the sitting. If you ask us to hold a chart pack for a later visit, we keep it in the room for up to ninety days and then return or destroy it. The cookie choice stored in your browser stays until you clear it. Accounting records required under Korean tax law are kept for the period that law sets.

International transfers

The room is in the Republic of Korea. Messages you send from another country are received and read in Korea. We do not move student journals to a processor outside Korea. If a future email host were to store mail abroad, we would name that host on this page before relying on it. At present, correspondence is handled by the company at the Gongju address.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to suspend processing, subject to records we must keep by law. Send the request to info@neuronwaypoint.click. We will answer within the period the Act requires. You may also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission or the Korea Internet & Security Agency. Seeking a remedy there does not stop you from writing to us first.

Children

Sittings are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new text will be posted here with a revised reading of our practices. A change that widens how we use a journal would be sent to the email we hold for students it affects.
