Terms of engagement

These terms cover the use of neuronwaypoint.click and the journal review sittings, chart annotation desk hours, and Thursday markup circle offered by Neuron Waypoint Co., Ltd. at 42 Gyeryong-ro, Gongju-si, Chungcheongnam-do, 32588. By booking a sitting or using the site, you accept these terms. If you book for another adult, you confirm you have their agreement to share the details you send.

The service

The company teaches technical analysis through trading-journal review and chart annotation. A booking is an appointment in the Gongju room, or a seat at the Thursday circle, as described on the sittings and rates pages. Training covers how to mark charts and how to write a journal that can be reviewed later. Orders, size, and account choices remain yours.

Bookings

A request sent through the site or by email is an enquiry. A sitting exists when we confirm a date in writing and, where a deposit applies, when that deposit has been received. You agree to arrive with the journal or chart pack described in the confirmation. If the journal is longer than the stretch that was priced, we may stop at the agreed page count or offer a further sitting.

Acceptable use of the site

You may read the pages and send an enquiry about a sitting. You may not misuse the site to send malicious code, to scrape the pages in a way that degrades them for others, or to present our materials as your own teaching. The site publishes information about the room. It does not open an account, take payment, or route orders to a brokerage.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, and example annotations on this site belong to Neuron Waypoint Co., Ltd. unless a page says otherwise. You may quote a short passage for private study with credit to the company. You may not republish a field note, a rate sheet, or a marked example as a course of your own. Your journal remains yours. Marks we make in your journal during a sitting are part of the sitting; the underlying notes stay your property. Chart packs we print for you may be kept for your own review and may not be sold as a set.

Liability

Chart annotation and journal review are teaching. Markets move for reasons a pencil cannot settle. To the extent the law of the Republic of Korea allows, the company’s liability arising from a sitting is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting. We are not liable for trading losses, travel costs, or decisions you make after you leave the room. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law does not allow us to limit, including liability for harm caused by intent or gross negligence.

Conduct in the room

The room holds one private student, or six people on Thursday. Recording the sitting is outside the booking. Abusive speech toward staff or other students ends the hour; the refund page explains what is returned in that case.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought in the courts of the Republic of Korea. Where a specific court of first instance is required, the Daejeon District Court has jurisdiction, without preventing either party from seeking interim relief elsewhere when Korean procedure allows it.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. A booking already confirmed keeps the terms that were posted on the day of confirmation, except where a change is required by law. Questions can be sent to info@neuronwaypoint.click or by telephone at 041-856-3470.
