Refunds and cancellations
These rules apply to fees paid to Neuron Waypoint Co., Ltd. for a journal review sitting, a chart annotation desk hour, or a Thursday markup circle seat. They match the way the room actually works: a person, a date, and paper prepared before you arrive. Write refund requests to info@neuronwaypoint.click or call 041-856-3470.
Eligibility
A refund is available when you cancel a confirmed booking inside the times below, when we cancel, or when we are unable to provide the sitting you booked. A change of mind after the journal has been read is covered under work already started.
Timeframes
Cancel a private sitting or desk hour seven or more days before the date and the deposit is returned in full. Cancel between three and six days before the date and half the deposit is returned. Cancel inside seventy-two hours and the deposit is kept, because the chair and the reading time cannot be filled. Circle evenings follow a shorter clock: cancel before Thursday 10:00 and the evening fee is returned; after that, the seat has been held through the day and the evening fee stays with the room.
Full and partial refunds
A full refund of sums received is made when we cancel, when the room is closed for a reason on our side, or when your cancellation falls in the seven-day window. A partial refund is the half-deposit case above, and the case where a four-week circle place is stopped after one or more evenings have already been held: evenings already met are charged at the single-evening rate, and the rest of the place is returned.
Non-refundable items
Chart packs printed for you at your request, once they have been printed, are not refunded as a separate item. If a sitting is cancelled in time and the pack has not been printed, there is nothing to charge. Tea at the circle is part of the evening and is not itemised.
Process and timing
Send the date of the booking and the name on the payment. We confirm the amount within three working days. Refunds are sent to the same bank account that paid us, within ten working days of that confirmation. We do not refund in cash at the door except where the original payment was made in cash on the day and the sitting did not begin.
Deposits, rescheduling, no-shows
The deposit for a private sitting or desk hour is ₩60,000. You may move a confirmed private date once, without losing the deposit, if you ask at least three days ahead and we have another open chair. A second move is treated as a cancellation. A no-show keeps the deposit and releases the chair after twenty minutes. On a four-week circle place you may move one missed Thursday to a later opening if you tell us before that Thursday morning. A no-show at 19:10 loses that evening.
Work already started
If Han Seoyeon has begun reading the journal before you cancel — including reading that was scheduled to happen the morning of the sitting — the reading portion of the fee is not returned. The remainder, if any balance was prepaid beyond the deposit, is returned. A desk hour that has started is charged in full. Pencil already on your sheets stays with you.
Conduct
If a sitting ends because of abusive conduct, the unused portion of a prepaid fee is not returned. If we end a sitting because the room cannot continue for a reason of our own, you receive a full refund of that day.
